Main Street Ravenna is a 501(c)3 organization that was developed through the concerted efforts of members of the Ravenna community, made up of business owners, representatives of city government, and community members. An Affiliate member of the Heritage Ohio Main Street Program since 2016, Ravenna became an official Heritage Ohio Main Street community in January of 2019. The organization focuses on the revitalization of the historic, downtown district of the City of Ravenna.
Main Street Ravenna aligns with Heritage Ohio and Main Street America‘s approach to downtown revitalization. All projects and programming are facilitated based on utilizing this strategy of Organization, Marketing, Design and Business Vitality in addition to reflecting the overall goals of the Ravenna Community Plan.
